Police investigate fatal accident

Officer commanding Serowe Police Station  Senior Superintendent, Boikhutso Dintwa, said they are investigating the accident, which involved a Toyota and a BMW sedan.

Dintwa said the accident, which happened in the evening, claimed the lives of four people in the BMW and three in the van.

'Two cars collided there around Mmashoro areas,' he said. He said that it was a sedan and a van.

'The van was a Toyota 2.7 while the sedan was a BMW,' he added.

He said that the van is with the police and it is in extremely bad shape.  Dintwa said that up until now they have not established what could have been the cause of the accident as they are still investigating.
