Water Utilities Corporation Pension Fund

CALL FOR FORMER MEMBERS

The Board of Trustees of the Water Utilities Corporation Pension Fund (“the Fund”)

wishes to call upon the below listed Former Members of the Fund to come forth

and claim their benefits within the Fund. This is in accordance with section 53 of the

Retirement Funds Act of 2022.

The Former Members are requested to contact the Fund Administrator, Alexforbes

at Motswere Building, Prime Plaza II, CBD Gaborone and to submit hardcopies of the

following documents or email the documents to BWFCC@alexforbes.com:

1. Certified copy of Identification

2. Proof of residence

3. Confirmation of bank account

If the Former Member is deceased, the dependents or representatives are requested

to contact the Alexforbes with proof of identification and proof of relationship to the

deceased Former Member.
