The sponsorship, which amounts to P360,000 in total, comes at a critical time for the two clubs as they prepare for the financial demands of competing in the First Division North.

Speaking at the official sponsorship launch, BET267 director Kabo Botlhole said the company’s support went beyond simply putting its logo on the clubs’ jerseys.

“For us, this is not simply a sponsorship; it is a partnership. We are proud to support these two clubs for the coming season, with an option of extending the partnership depending on how things unfold,” Botlhole said.

Mosetse FC chairman Peace Tema said the sponsorship had come at the right time, particularly following the club’s promotion to the First Division North.

“Our recent achievements and promotion to the First Division North have shown what we can achieve through commitment and support from companies such as BET267. The support we have received from BET267 will play a significant role in helping us meet our financial challenges and continue developing the club,” Tema said.

Tutume Rangers secretary-general Shathiso Nlebgwa said the club’s ambitions went beyond gaining promotion to the Premier League, as it also sought to establish itself as a partner in the community.

“Our vision is not only to get into the Premier League, but also to see ourselves as a community partner,” Nlebgwa said.

He said the club had survived largely because of the active participation of the business community in the area.

“We have survived because of the active participation of the business community in our area. This sponsorship has come at the right time, as our budget has increased compared to the previous season, mainly because of travelling costs,” Nlebgwa said.
