Notice of Intention to Dispose Tribal Land

(in terms of Section 34(1) of the Tribal Land Act, 2018)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following proposed transaction to be entered into

between Mmasentsho Sentsho and Patrick Manzanga for the sale of the below mentioned

property, being:

CERTAIN: SITUATE: MEASURING: HELD UNDER: SUBJECT TO: CONSIDERATION: piece of land being a ploughing field;

at Ramakgwa in the Bakgatla Tribal Territory;

276 x 400 x 460 x 176 square metres;

Certificate of Customary Land Grant dated 09th day of August 2000

made in favour of Mmasentsho Sentsho

the conditions and reservations in the aforementioned Certificate;

the sum of P440 000.00 (Four Hundred and Forty Thousand Pula Only).

Any citizen of Botswana who objects to or is interested in entering into a similar transac-

tion in respect of the aforementioned property shall receive priority notwithstanding the

proposed transaction set out above.

Any such objection or interest should be addressed in writing to the Secretary of the Oodi

Sub Land Board at Oodi with copies to the undersigned attorneys within thirty (30) days of

publication of this Notice.
