TO: DOUBLE SUPPLIES (PTY) LTD, a company duly registered an incorporated in accordance with the laws

of Botswana, whose further and better particulars are unknown to the Plaintiff. Hereinafter referred to as the

1st Defendant.

AND TO: AMOGELANG B SEKGOPA, an adult female with full legal capacity to sue and be sued, whose

further and better particulars are unknown to the Plaintiff. Hereinafter referred to as the 2nd Defendant.

TAKE NOTICE that a Summons has been issued against you in this Court by SKIP HIRE (PTY) LTD of

addresses c/o PLAATJIE TAUPEDI, PLOT 115, UNIT 11, GROUND FLOOR, KGALE MEWS, P. O. BOX

26114, GAME CITY, GABORONE, BOTSWANA, (+267) 3920200, seeking the follows claims:

a) Payment in the sum of P55, 120.00;

b) Compound interest at the rate of 24% per annum, on the amount due in terms of the Agreement

reckoned from the 10th of June 2025 until date of full and final payment;

c) Collection commission at the rate of 15% of any capital amount due;

d) Cost of suit on an attorney and own client scale;

e) Further and/or alternative relief.

And that an order has been made that the publication of notice of such Summons shall be deemed to be good

and sufficient service of the Summons on you. You are required to enter an appearance to the Summons within

twenty-one (21) days, and, if you do not do so, judgement maybe given against you in your absence.
