BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to a Judgment granted by the above Honourable Court on the

8th April 2016 the following immovable property of the abovementioned Defendant will be sold by means of

public auction to the highest bidder by DEPUTY SHERIFF U. J CHILISA as follows:

VENUE: Tribal Lot 3800, Mahalapye

TIME OF SALE: 1100 hours

TERMS OF SALE: Only cash or Bank Transfer (EFT) will be accepted. The detailed conditions of

sale are available for inspection at the undersigned Attorneys’ offices.

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Tribal

Lot 3800, Mahalapye in the Bangwato Tribal Territory, measuring 4608 m2 (Four

Thousand Six Hundred and Eight Square Metres) held under Notarial Deed of

Cession Number FT MA 237/2011 dated 14th day of November 2011 made in

favour of Bolele Bernard Bolele specially executable. The developments therein

are a three bedroomed house consisting of three bedrooms, bath and toilet,

sitting room, kitchen, separate two rooms at the back, paved, electric fence and

a screen wall.
