NOTICE OF NEXT OF KIN MEETING FOR THE LATE

LEMUEL MACEBO TSHANDU - ESHGB 000136 / 26

IN PURSUANCE of Section 31 of the Administration of Estate Act (Cap 31:01),

the heirs and next of kin of the deceased persons specified above are hereby

invited to attend a next of kin meeting on Thursday 17th September 2026 at

0830 hours at the office of the Master- Keneilwe Thebeetsile located at the

Gaborone High Court Division.

At the respective meeting, the next of kin are to recommend person(s) to be

appointed as Executor(s) / Executrices Dative, identify beneficiaries and to discuss

any other business relating to the estate of their deceased relatives.
