NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TRANSFER TRIBAL LAND TO A NON- CITIZEN IN TERMS OF

SECTION 34 (1) OF TRIBAL LAND ACT NO. 1 OF 2018

BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT: the following controlled transaction is proposed with a Non-

Citizen to be entered into between:

THE SELLER: BOGHA WATSON NKONI

THE PURCHASER: FELEN DESIGN PROPRIETARY LIMITED

CONSIDERATION P903 000.00 (Nine Hundred and Three Thousand pula) excluding any

VAT/Transfer Duty consequential to the transaction

CERTAIN: piece of land being Matebele Plot No. 777

SITUATE: Bakgatla Tribal Area

MEASURING: 1229m2 (One thousand Two Hundred and Twenty-Nine Square

Meters)

HELD UNDER: a Memorandum Agreement of Lease between Katleng Land Board

and Bogha Watson Nkoni in respect of Tribal Lot 777 Matebele.

SUBJECT: to the conditions and reservations mentioned

BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT:

(a) Any Botswana citizen interested in entering into a similar transaction in respect of the above

property shall be given priority notwithstanding the agreement reached by the above-named

parties regarding the controlled transaction.

(b) Should any person wish to object to the proposed controlled transaction, notice of objection with

reasons thereof should be addressed to KGATLENG LAND BOARD with copies to the undersigned
