Plant Manager

Applications are invited from suitable and qualified

persons for the above mentioned position in our

Printing Facility.

Purpose of Job

To provide operational directions and to manage the

plant, its financial resources and its people in a safe and

cost-effective manner, resulting in the production of

quality newsprint products.

Key Competencies

• Creative and strategic thinking

• Leadership and coaching ability

• Proven experience of plant maintenance,

newspaper print production, industrial relations,

administration and business strategy.

Requirements

•

Previous Plant Management experience

•

A minimum of 15 years post apprenticeship

training experience in the field of printing.

• A diploma or degree in Printing would be an

advantage.
