VACANCY

Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites suitably qualified individuals to apply for the

following vacancy:

1. Human Resources Officer (Recruitment & Learning and Development Support) - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Reports to: Manager - Human Resources

Main Purpose of the job

Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate training initiatives to align talent resourcing and skills development

with the Authority’s statutory mandate.

Qualifications and Experience

(a) Degree in Human Resources Management or Training & Development, Organisational Development, Industrial

Psychology or related field

(b) (c) (d) A postgraduate qualification in any of the above will be an added advantage.

Professional certification and membership of a recognised HR professional body desirable.

At least 3-5 years’ experience with practical experience in recruitment and selection & learning and development.

Specialised knowledge, Technical skills and Competencies

(a) Competency-based recruitment and selection

(b) Learning and development programme design and coordination

(c) Training needs analysis

(d) HR policy implementation

(e) Knowledge of employment and labour legislation

(f) Results orientation

(g) Relationship and stakeholder management

(h) Analytical thinking and Problem solving
