TAKE NOTICE THAT by summons issued by this court you have been called upon to give notice within Twenty
One [21] days after publication thereof, to the Registrar at Francistown High Court and to the Plaintiff’s
attorneys of your intention to defend [if any] in an action wherein the Plaintiff seeks the following reliefs;-
a) Payment in the sum of BWP45 832.43 (Forty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two Pula
Forty Three Thebe)
b) Interest at the rate of 24.54 % per annum subject to variation by the bank from time to time calculated on
a daily basis and compounded monthly from the 11th November 2025 to date of full and final payment.
c) d) e) 10% Collection Commission on any instalment which may be collected after the grant of judgement
Costs of suit on attorney and own client scale.
Further and/ or alternative relief
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT in the event you fail to give such notice within the aforementioned time frame,
judgment as set out above, may be granted against you without any further reference to you.
