water system toilets, kitchen, sitting room, a separate 2 ½ house, the plot

also has screen wall with some improvements thereon which property is held

under Deed of Transfer No. Deed of Transfer No. FT 2443/2002 dated 25th

day of September 2002 made in favour of JACKSON SEKGWAMA.
