VACANCY:

Broadway Toyota, a Toyota dealership located outside Gaborone, invites applications for the

following position.

FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking for a career financial professional with appropriate experience, Maturity and

a proven employment record. The selected candidate will be responsible for the Financial

Management and reporting functions of the Dealership. The candidate will also be responsible

for the operational efficiency and process management of the company.

Qualifications and Experience required

• Member of an internationally recognized professional body preferably ACA/ ACCA or

possess equivalent academic/ professional qualification from a Recognized university/

institute;

• Experience in working with Tier 1 ERP systems

• Should have excellent analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills;

• Possess a high level of integrity, leadership skills and ability to work independently in

multi-department environment

• Post qualification experience of 7 years in a senior capacity.

Responsible For:

• Providing and interpreting financial information

• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and prediction future trends;

• Preparing and managing budgets

• Investigating and reporting on factors affecting business performance

• Developing financial management systems that minimize financial risk

• Managing the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems and

ensuring overall compliance

• Coordinating with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;

• Generating accurate financial reports with specific deadlines;

• Keeping an update on changes in financial regulations and legislation
