PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: a certain piece of land being Lot 198 Malwelwe, situated at Malwelwe

(Cadastre 59) in the Bakwena Tribal Territory measuring 1044m2 (One

Thousand and Forty-four square metres) which property is held under

memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TL 391/2018 dated 08th day

of May 2018 made in favour of Tshokodiso Montshopitsa with some

developments thereon being a bar with storeroom, kitchen fitted with

sink, 2 pit latrine toilets, fence and gate.
