HR ADMINISTRATOR
About the role:
Responsible for the local and centralised component of the HR administration function across the company in a
fast paced private sector retail environment.
What you will do:
•
Manage workloads effectively efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
•
Maintain a comprehensive up-to-date detailed employee master register for the company.
•
Maintaining individual employee files for the company with all the employ records and data.
•
Administer all employee status changes, and employee lifecycle details.
•
Monthly assistance in the verification of the allocated company payroll.
•
Administer ongoing training registers, maintaining a service provider register, planning, processing HRDC
claims, forecasting mandatory trainings to comply with legislation and suppliers, and following up on
implementation of training plans.
•
Involved in recruitment processes and the correct induction of new employees.
•
Assist in industrial relations matters from providing support to operations and management and being
involved in correct processes.
•
Keep fully up to date with HR related legislation (Industrial relations, training and development,
remuneration, taxation, benefits and HR administration).
•
Provide an advisory service for enquiries.
•
Maintain and report the company leave plan and assist employees and management with leave
management.
•
Maintain the requirements of the Data Protection Act, as regulated and as implemented through company
policies and procedures at all times.
•
Advise HR Managers on employee wellbeing while monitoring and reporting employee wellbeing status.
Your skills & experience will include:
•
Minimum of 5 years of full-time HR Administration as described above.
•
Excellent numeracy skills and organisational skills.
•
The ability to fully use Microsoft Office package is essential
•
Excellent and professional written communication skill is essential
•
Detail oriented approach to documentation and administration.
Qualifications:
•
At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Administration.
•
Professional membership of any recognized professional Human Resources Management society/association
•
Drivers’ license
