PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 6094, Tlokweng situate at Tlokweng, measur-

ing 778m2 (Seven Hundred and Seventy-Eight Square Metres) held under Mem-

orandum of Agreement of Lease No. 1067/2011 dated the 29th day of September

2011 made in favour of Connie Potso Manyapetsa and further subject to the res-

ervations and conditions thereto together with the developments thereon being Mas-

ter in-suite, 2 bedrooms fitted, separate toilet, separate bath cube, kitchen fitted, sitting

room and garage plus bachelor pad without fittings, fenced with electrical fence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot 54015,

Unit 5, Phase 4, Gaborone. The Deputy Sheriff shall not be obliged to accept any bid made.
