INVITATION TO TENDER

FOR PROVISION OF ASSET CONSULTANCY SERVICES

FOR THE BOTSWANA POWER CORPORATION STAFF PENSION FUND

Botswana Power Corporation Staff Pension Fund (BPCSPF) invites reputable, qualified, and experienced companies, to submit proposals for

the provision of Asset Consultancy services.

Tender documents containing details of the requirements are available from the following address:

Botswana

Tenders must be structured in the same way as detailed in the ITT document.

Telegraphic telephone, facsimile and email tender submissions will not be considered.

Notwithstanding anything contained above and in the tender document, the Client is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor to incur any

expenses in the preparation thereof.

The Proposals shall be labelled “Technical Proposal: “BPCSPF ASSET CONSULTANCY SERVICES 7712/26” and “Financial Proposal: “BPCSPF AS-

SET CONSULTANCY SERVICES 7712/26”. All Tender Proposals shall be presented as two separate envelopes, the Technical and Financial Proposal,

and then enclosed in one envelope marked tender number:

and the envelopes must be hand delivered to the following address:

For eligibility the bidder must be registered under;

Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA)

PPRA CODE: 127- Insurance & Pension

Sub code 01: Pension funding services or;

Sub code 08: Other Insurance and Pension Services

Please note that the PPRA registration is subject to online registration verification.

The Tenderer shall submit the Technical and Financial Proposal not later than 10:00 hours on 08 July 2026 at the abovementioned address.

A non-refundable deposit of P 500.00 will be required upon collection of the Tender documents, and all such payments shall be made payable to the

Botswana Power Corporation Staff Pension Fund. However, the youth may purchase the tender for P250. The method of payment may be Electronic
