SWY Botswana Engineering Pty Ltd is a construction company in the project with MMG

Khoemacau copper mining Pty Ltd in Maun and seek a highly experienced individuals to

assist the company in their project.

1. ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER [POSITION 1]

Key responsibilities

support HR consulting project and client engagements

Assist with recruitment coordination and onboard support for clients

support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

assist with research on HR trends, labour practices and compliance matters.

Provide administrative and operational support

Coordinate meeting and schedule clients communication where required

Requirements

5+ years of experience in mining construction

Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in human resource

management, business administration or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional attitude and willing to learn

Good organizational and administrative abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

2. SITE SUPERVISOR [1 POSITION]

Key responsibilities

Supervising daily site operations

Monitoring work progress and ensuring quality compliance

Coordination with contractors, workers and suppliers

Ensuring site safety and adherence to regulations

Reporting progress and issues to management

REQUIREMENTS

Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering

5+years experience in site execution

Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills

Respond to human resources management

3. WORK SAFETY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce compliance with company safety policies and government

regulations

Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessment

Implement safety programs, toolbox meetings and safety orientations

Investigate incidents, accidents and near miss occurrences and prepare reports

Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel

Coordinate with project management and site teams regarding safety concerns

Maintain safety records, permits and documentation

Promote strong safety culture within the project site

Qualifications

Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety

6+ years experience in safety construction or mining sector

Strong communication and coordination skill

Respond to Human Resources Management
