Square Meters) held under Notarial Deed of cession of Transfer No. 69/2022 dated

28th day of January 2022 made in favour of Chao Gaone Senokwane subject to the

reservations and conditions thereto consists of three bedrooms, fitted wall wardrobes,

sitting room, fitted kitchen, with a communal bathroom a bathtub, a toilet and back yard

room.
