Cession No MA 189/2009 dated 04th day of May 2009 registered in favour of OMPHILE JOHN

SEHURUTSHE together with the developments thereon being Six (6) bedrooms with toilets and

bathroom, sitting area, reception, two separate toilets, one office, kitchen, laundry room, garage

and screen wall with electric fence.
