The clubs are drawn from Mmankgodi, Kumakwane, Gabane and Thamaga and they include Kumakwane Masters, Peace Lovers, Legends S.C, Bring Da Money, Hupa O Buse, Matswakabele, Habarata and Mangwanda Plain.

The one day knockout tournament aims to raise awareness against gender based violence and is held under the theme 'Dont Ka GBV.' 'With the rise in GBV cases, we believe sending a message through sport might change someone's situation. We intend to bring GBV victims, police and GBV activists on the day to brief spectators on the matter,' the tournament organiser, Godfrey Mowaneng said. With the country battling a rise in reported GBV cases, organisers aim to use the tournament to drive messages on the importance of protecting vulnerable members of society. The tournament also aims to highlight the role that sport can play in influencing positive social change and reinforcing the message that GBV has no place in society at large.
