TENDER

INVITATION TO TENDER

FOR PROVISION OF ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES JUNE 2026

The Botswana Bureau of Standards Staff Pension Fund (BOBS SPF) wishes to invite companies licensed by the Non-

Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) to tender for the provision of asset management services

to the BOBS SPF on its Growth Portfolio (Global Balanced)

1. Tender documents containing details of the requirements are available from 1 June 2026:

2. Tenders must be structured in the same way as detailed in the document.

3. Facsimile submissions will not be considered.

4. Notwithstanding anything contained above and in the tender document, BOBS SPF is not bound to accept the

lowest or any tender nor to incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.

5. Tenders shall be HAND delivered to the address stated above and shall be clearly marked:

Both envelopes should be placed into an outer sealed envelope that should NOT bear the name of the bidder.

7. All tenders (both hard copies and electronic submissions) must be received by no later than 12H00 on Tuesday

23 June 2026.

8. A non-refundable deposit of P1,000.00 will be required upon collection of the Tender documents and all such

payments shall be made payable to Botswana Bureau Of Standards Staff Pension Fund (BOBS SPF) c/o Alexander

Forbes Asset Consultants (Pty) Ltd. Method of payment shall be via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

9. Request for bank details for EFT payment shall be emailed to newmans@alexforbes.com.

10. Proof of payment shall be emailed to newmans@alexforbes.com (copied in moitoi@stanbic.com

& AFACBW@alexforbes.com ) prior to collection of tender.
