BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to a Judgment granted by the above Honourable Court on the

24th May 2024 the following immovable property of the abovementioned Defendant will be sold by means of

public auction to the highest bidder by Deputy Sheriff O. Mothibi as follows:

DATE OF SALE: Monday 29th June 2026

VENUE: Lot 26467 Gaborone

TIME OF SALE: 1000 hours

TERMS OF SALE: All participating bidders are required to make an upfront payment of BWP 10 000.00

directly to the undersigned Attorneys, refundable only to those who did not succeed in the

sale. Only cash or bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted. The detailed conditions of

sale are available for inspection at the undersigned Attorneys’ offices.

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Lot 26467,

Gaborone situate at Gaborone West measuring 493m2 (Four Hundred and Ninety Three

Square Metres) held under Deed of transfer No. 1378/2007 dated 12th July 2007 made

in favour of Bonnie Bonno Thabolo together with developments therein, being a master

ensuite, two bedroom 1 fitted, bathroom (toilet & shower), sitting room, dinning room,

valenda plus bachelor pad, paved with electric fence.
