BOTSWANA POWER CORPORATION STAFF PENSION FUND

INVITATION TO TENDER

FOR THE PROVISION OF INDEPENDENT BOARD ASSESSMENT SERVICES

The Botswana Power Corporation Staff Pension Fund hereby invites suitably qualified and interested companies for the Provision of Independent Board Assessment Services to the Botswana Power Corporation Staff Pension Fund Board of Trustees.

The appointed service provider will be expected to conduct a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the Board’s performance, governance practices, and effectiveness. The assessment should provide actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen oversight, enhance decision making, and ensure alignment with best practice standards in pension fund governance.

  1. Tender documents containing details of the requirements are available via email: moeletsith@ alexforbes.com and ntsomengc@alexforbes.com

  2. Tenders must be structured in the same manner as detailed in the Tender document.

  3. Telegraphic telephone, facsimile and physical tenders will not be considered.

  4. Notwithstanding anything contained above and in the tender document, the Client is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor to incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.

  5. Tenders shall be emailed to the email address stated below and shall be clearly labelled BPCSPF 01/ 2026.

  6. All tenders must be received by Alexander Forbes Financial Services on behalf of the Client not later than 12:00hrs on 18 June 2026.

  7. A non-refundable deposit of P500.00 will be required upon collection of the Tender docu- ments and all such payments shall be made payable to Botswana Power Corporation Staff Pension Fund.

  8. Method of payment shall be by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Request for bank details for EFT payment shall be made to
