PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 1st Defendant’s right, title and interest on a Certain Piece of Land being Tribal Lot 15039,

Tlokweng, Situate at Tlokweng (Cadastre 3) in the Batlokwa Tribal Territory, Measuring

1172m2 with developments thereon being 14x units, each consisting of a bedroom,

lounge, open plan fitted kitchin, toilet and bathroom. The yard is walled, electric fence

and motorised gate held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease TL 372/2022 dated

8th day of April 2022 made in favour of EAGLE STONES PROJECTS (PTY) LTD.
