thereon comprising of a four bedroomed house, ensuites, 2x shower, 2x bath, guest toilet,

servant’s quarter fitted with wardrobe, shower and toilet, the yard is paved, walled with

motorised gate held under Deed of Transfer No. 434/2024 dated the 27th day of March

2024 made in favour of MOTHUSI MIKE SEBEGO;
