866m2 together with developments thereon comprising of 5x 2 1/2 (two and half)

houses, pitlatrine toilet and boundry wall held under Notarial Deed of Cession

No. MA 1076/2021 dated the 2nd day of November 2021 made in favour of

PHUDUHUDU DRILLING (PTY) LTD;

CONDITIONS OF SALE: May be inspected at the office of the hereunder mentioned Deputy Sheriff’s offices

at Tribal Lot 6171, Tlokweng.
