BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to a Judgment of the above Honourable Court, the following property

of the 2nd Defendant will be sold by public auction to the highest bidder by Deputy Sheriff GAONE RATSOMA as

follows:

PLACE: Tribal Grant No. 481-NQ

TIME: 1030hrs

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 2nd Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Tribal Grant No.

481-NQ; situate at Mathangwane in the Bangwato Tribal Territory, measuring 19.8635

ha together with developments thereon comprising of a 406m2 warehouse with office,

store-room and ablution, cattle pens are constructed from 1.8 steel tubular poles cast

in concrete footings and divided into 12 paddocks with holding capacity of 250 head

of cattles per paddock, concrete water troughs and feeding bins, the facility has two

processing areas for receiving and inducting animals into the feedlot, water is pumped

from Shashe River with an hourly yield of 14000L into 10x 10000L Jojo tanks, 1x

borehole with a depth of 78 metres yield 10000L per hour, three phase electricity, a

backup 80 KVA generator held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. FT TG

123/2010 dated 7th day of July 2010 made in favour of EVERLENE MAUDE BOTHA;
