with tilled kitchen, toilet bathroom and laundry. A batchelor pad with three rooms all

tiled with toilet and shower, durawalled held under Memorandum of Agreement of

Lease FT TL 286/2013 dated 25th day of April 2013 made in favour of TUMISANG

McDONALD MARETELE.
