PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: 2nd Defendant’s right, title and interest on certain piece of land being Portion 20 of

Portion 4 of the Farm No. 1-NQ; situated in North East Administrative District, measuring

4,1611 ha together with developments thereon comprising of a double story house with

two bedrooms, ensuit, sitting room, dinning room, fitted kitchen, office, 1x store-room,

laundry-room, fenced with pallisade steel, workshop, farm-worker’s house with 2 rooms,

toilet and a shower, 10000L tank for fuel station, generator room with 30kva generator

plus distribution box, 10000L Jojo for water and pressure pump held under Deed of

Transfer No. 1660/2001 dated 4th day of July 2001 made in favour of EVERLENE

MAUDE BOTHA;
