bathroom, double garage, 2x Veranda, a separate servent’s quarter with shower, toilet and

kitchenette, the yard is paved, walled with electric fence and motorised gate held under

Notarial Deed of Cession No. MA 581/2016 dated the 7th day of September 2016 made in

favour of NAMETSEGANG MARIEGOLD MOYO;
