BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to a judgment granted by the above Honourable Court, the following

property shall be sold by public auction by Deputy Sheriff Augustine Mokalake to the highest bidder as follows:

Venue: Lease Area 197 - KN, situated at Thankane

Time: 12:00 hrs

Property to be sold: A certain piece of land being Lease Area 197-KN, situated in the Bangwaketsi Tribal

Territory, measuring 6457.3855 ha (Six Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Seven point

Three Eight Five Five Hectares) which property is held under Memorandum of Agreement

of Grant of Lease No. TG 287/2014 dated 20th day of October 2014, made in favour of

Thebe Makhabenyana subject to the reservations and conditions contained in the aforesaid

deed with development thereon being a borehole operated by solar system, two room

house, cattle kraals and the farm is fenced.
