Territory, measuring 2371m2 (Two Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy One Square

Meters) which property is held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TL

614/2013 dated 7th day of May 2013, made in favour of Lorato Sandy Leatlhama subject

to the reservations and conditions contained in the aforesaid deed with development

thereon being a 10 rooms (all ensuite), 1 conference room, 1 dining room, reception area

and fenced with boundary wall, (used as a lodge).
