PENSION FUND PUBLIC NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

Companies are invited to tender for PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT

SERVICES to the BANK OF BOTSWANA DEFINED CONTRIBUTION

STAFF PENSION FUND FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS, TENDER

REFERENCE NO: BoBDCSPF/1//2026

1. The Procurement Method is, Open Domestic Bidding.

2. The Evaluation method is, Least Cost Selection Services.

3. Tenderers must, in order to be considered for award of this contract, be

registered with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) under Codes:

314, Finance Related Services, Sub code(s): 06, Auditing Services.

4. Interested companies may purchase the tender documents for a non-

refundable fee of P1000.00 (One Thousand Pula only, VAT inclusive).
