TENDER BUAN 01/2026: PROVISION OF ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO THE BOTSWANA UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND
NATURAL RESOURCES STAFF PENSION FUND (BUANSPF)

Tender offers are invited from locally Registered Companies for the: University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (BUAN).
This is an Open Domestic bidding method.
Provision of Asset Management Services to the Botswana
2. The Procuring Entity is the Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources Staff Pension Fund (BUANSPF)

Tenderers must, to be considered for the award of the contract, be registered with Public Procurement and Regulatory Authority
(PPRA) in all the following categories:
Code 314: Finance Related Services; Sub-Code 01: Finance Management or Registered with NBFIRA
6. Evaluation Method: Quality and Cost based selection Method
7. Submission Method: Two-way envelope
8. Tender Validity: 120 days

Tender Documents will be available with effect from 18/05/2026 at a non-refundable fee of P5000.00.
Purchase of tender documents shall be made through electronic fund transfer or deposit made to BUAN account (banking details below)
only. The proof of payment must be sent to pension@buan.ac.bw with a request for the tender document to be sent via email.
