TENDER ADDENDUM

TENDER BUAN 16/2025 – FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF THE PRIVATE

AUTOMATIC BRANCH EXCHANGE (PABX) SYSTEM FOR THE BOTSWANA UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE

AND NATURAL RESOURCES (BUAN) FOR A DURATION OF THREE (3) YEARS

1. Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (BUAN) wishes to inform all prospective

bidders and the general public of the following amendments to the above-mentioned tender.

Compulsory

Site Visit

A compulsory site visit has been scheduled for 19 May 2026 at 1000 hours

at Block 305, BUAN Main Campus, Sebele. The visit is intended to enable

bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and scope of works. Bidders

who fail to attend the compulsory site visit shall be disqualified from further

participation in the tender process.

Tender Closing

Date

The tender closing date has been extended from 12 May 2026 at 1100

hours to 28th May 2026 at 1100 hours.

2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original tender document remain unchanged.

3. Sale of Tender Documents

a. Tender documents shall be available up to the 28 May 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable

fee of P200.00.

b. 100% Youth-Owned Companies shall purchase the tender document at a discounted fee of

P100.00.

c. Payment for tender documents shall be made through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or direct

bank deposit into the BUAN bank account provided below. Proof of payment must be emailed

to: purchasing@buan.ac.bw

d. Tender documents will be issued electronically during working hours between 0830 hours and

1600 hours.
