January 2014 and registered in favour of CHRISTIAN GREEF together

with the developments being four bedrooms with master ensuite, fitted

kitchen, common toilet, dining room, lounge, Tv room, double garage,

maid quarter with kitchen, bathroom and toilet, screen wall with electric

fence and paved.
