INVITATION TO TENDER

FOR THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES

The Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources Staff Pension Fund

(BUANSPF) invites Companies/ Audit Firms to submit proposals for the provision of External

Financial Audit Services.

Tenders must be structured in the same way as detailed in the document.

Telegraphic telephone and facsimile tender submissions will not be considered.

Notwithstanding anything contained above and in the tender document, the Client is not

bound to accept the lowest or any tender nor to incur any expenses in the preparation

thereof.

Technical Proposal shall be labelled Technical Proposal BUANSPF 01/2026 and the

Financial Proposal shall be labelled Financial Proposal BUANSPF 01/2026.

All Tender Proposals shall be emailed as two separate electronic copies (PDF

Versions) Technical and Financial Proposal, all enclosed in one zip folder marked

tender number: BUANSPF FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES 01/2026 to the following

address Thabang Moeletsi – moeletsith@alexforbes.com and Constance Ntsomeng

– ntsomengc@alexforbes.com.

The Tenderer shall submit the Technical and Financial Proposal not later than 12

noon on 05 June 2026 to Constance Ntsomeng ntsomengc@alexforbes.com and

Thabang Moeletsi – moeletsith@alexforbes.com.

A non-refundable deposit of P1,000.00 will be required before the Tender documents are

emailed and all such payments shall be made payable to the Botswana University of

Agriculture and Natural Resources Staff Pension Fund.

Method of payment shall be by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Request for bank details

for EFT payment shall be made to Constance Ntsomeng and Thabang Moeletsi at Alexander

Forbes Financial Services on 365 1974 or 365 1951 or (ntsomengc@alexforbes.com and

moeletsith@alexforbes.com).
