October 2025 the following immovable property of the abovementioned Defendant will be sold by means of public

auction to the highest bidder by Deputy Sheriff Opelo Mothibi as follows:

Agreement of Grant of Lease Number TG 54/2020 dated 05th day of June 2020

made in favour of MARION BERRY INVESTMENTS PROPRIETARY LIMITED

together with all the improvements thereon being 2 boreholes with its equipment’s

both operating with their solar panels, 2 reservoirs, 1 room connected with storage,

4 rooms L shape, 2 Bedroomed house, fitted kitchen, toilet, sitting room, bathroom,

separated toilet and shower, division of 8 kraals, 3 ploughing shelters and a small
