PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Tribal Lot 1945, Mochudi situate in the Bakgatla

Tribal Territory, measuring 1011m2 (One Thousand and Eleven Square Metres)

held under Notarial Deed of Cession No. MA 715/2013 dated the 12th day of

September 2013 made in favour of POGISO MICHAEL MALEBYE together with the

developments therein being a three bedroomed house, sitting room, dining room,

fitted kitchen with electrified security wall.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot

387, Independence Avenue, Gaborone. The deputy sheriff shall not be obliged to

accept any bid made.
