PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Lot 20927, Gaborone situate in Gaborone West

Extension 33, measuring 435m2 (Four Hundred and Thirty Five Square Metres) held

under Deed of Transfer No. 2133/2017 dated the 19th day of September 2017

made in favour of KAONE EMMANUEL MATHIBIDI together with the developments

therein being a three bedroomed house, master ensuite, sitting room, fitted kitchen

with electrified security wall.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Details and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Deputy Sheriff’s offices, Plot

387, Independence Avenue, Gaborone. The deputy sheriff shall not be obliged to

accept any bid made.
