MANAGER – FINANCE: VACANCY NO. 2/2026/2027

Job Summary

The successful applicant will be expected to plan, organise and implement financial management and accounting systems and procedures to ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of the Bureau’s accounts and financial statements and adequacy of cash flows to meet the Bureau’s requirements.

Key Performance Areas



Play key role managing the income generation from all assets to maximise return on investment.



Development and implementation of the corporate financial strategy, financial policies and procedures to ensure cost effective and efficient financial services delivery.



Identify and manage financial risks of BOBS



Actively participate in the implementation of Quality Management System



Availability and accuracy of financial statements and accounts.



Reduction in the new and recurring of audit queries.

Minimum Job Requirements

Degree in accounting or equivalent plus members of internationally recognised accounting professional body such as ACCA, CIMA, BICA and CA. 5 years post qualification qualifying experience in a computerised accounting environment, 3 years of which should have been at a supervisory level and a valid driving licence.

BOBS offers competitive and attractive remuneration packages to the most suitable candidate.

This position is offered on a five (5) year fixed contract term.
