Position: Automotive Parts Manager
Location: Gaborone
Purpose of the role:
To be successful in the role, you should be able to manage a parts team, you should have a passion for customer satisfaction and retention, be cognizant of the GP target, and have a drive for maximizing profit
Key deliverables and outcomes
The incumbent will:
Analyse the Botswana motor market and dealer operations
Manage the financial performance of all the Parts departments
Manage the financial risk, stocktaking and inventory security of all the Parts departments
Ensure that all the parts processes are managed so as to satisfy the customer’s needs
Adhere to the NMI Group & franchise procedures
Ensure that the warehouse is managed and that the department is marketed
Ensure that staff is manage / develop to improve performance
Lead the parts sales team to develop and maintain positive working relationships while reaching objectives
Manage inventory levels in alignment with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) expectations and existing
activity levels.

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Diploma in Inventory Management & Logistics
Five years applicable Automotive Parts management and related system experience (experience with VW, Audi, Ford, Mazda, Volvo will be an added advantage.)
Drivers licence
Work experience
Minimum of five (5) years Automotive Parts Management experience with proven track record.
Certified and reliable copies of all relevant documentation must accompany the application.
