BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the writ of execution granted by the above Honourable Court herein, the undermentioned immovable property will be sold by public auction to the highest bidder by Deputy Sheriff Tumelo Mogorosi as follows:

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: A certain piece of land being Lot 25809 Mogoditshane situate at Mogoditshane - Block 10 in the Kweneng Tribal Area, zoned for industrial use, measuring 6153 m², held under Memorandum of Agreement of Lease No. TL 1012/2021 dated 27 August 2021 made in favour of Abraham Binki Mophuting, with some developments thereon including 4 x unfinished workshops, 2 x 2 rooms, 1 office block with 5 offices, security wall

CONDITIONS OF SALE: The property shall be sold subject to a reserve price of P1,300,000.00. Only persons who have paid a refundable deposit of P20,000.00 to Abel Lawyers Trust Account (details available upon request from the Deputy Sheriff), no later than a day before the auction, may bid. Proof of payment of deposit required at registration. No deposits will be accepted on the day of sale. Deposits will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the sale.
