Kanu Equipment Savannah Pty Ltd urgently seeks applications from eligible candidates for the position of Northern Region Business, Projects and Technical Manager.
The successful incumbent must have a minimum of:
10 years Branch/Business Management experience
10 years Technical Management experience
20 years Post Apprenticeship experience in Heavy Plant Mechanics (MCG equivalent)
15 years of Bell , Liebherr , Case and Manitou earthmoving equipment experience
5 years Customer Product Support experience
Relevant academic qualifications pertaining to Business Administration and Project Management
Experience overseeing and managing all Contracts’ Costings, achieving Targeted Costs and Savings as per the Operating Plan
Key Performance/Duties of the Business, Projects and Technical Manager will entail:
Daily planning and monitoring of the Business-Project-Contract
Providing technical analysis and product support using knowledge, experience, diagnostic software, and identifying fault codes
Implementing systems to manage After-Sales efficiencies
Having a clear understanding of Original Equipment Manufacturers Operation
Controlling all aspects pertaining to the financial side of the Business-Project-Contract
Controlling all aspects pertaining to Health and Safety, including requisite training
Ability to lead the technical team on diagnostics of machinery using the OEM diagnostics tools, Bell Cancom and Bell Programmer, Mini diag and Xentry software for Mercedes Benz Scali and Lidos for Liebherr, John Deere Service advisor, Allison Doc and Pro Link for Allison, Cummins Insite, Serdia 2000 for Deutz and Electronic Service Tool (EST) for Case.
