Kanu Equipment Botswana Pty Ltd, urgently seeks applications from eligible candidates for the position of Northern Region Business, Projects and Technical Manager.

The successful incumbent must have a minimum of:

•

10 years Branch/Business Management experience

•

10 years Technical Management experience

•

20 years Post Apprenticeship experience in Heavy Plant Mechanics (NCC equivalent)

•

5 Years Customer Product Support experience

•

Relevant academic qualifications pertaining to Business Administration and Project Management

•

Needs to have overseen and managed all Contracts' Costings and has had to achieve the Targeted Costs and Savings as per the Operating Plan.

Key Performance/Duties of the Operations Director will entail:

•

Daily planning and monitoring of the Business-Project-Contract.

•

Providing technical analysis and product support using, knowledge, experience, diagnostic...

•

Responsible for controlling all aspects pertaining to the financial side of the Business-Project-Contract.

•

Responsible for controlling all aspects pertaining to Health and Safety including all requisite training.
