TO: Molekodi Mosimanewakgang, an adult male of full legal capacity whose address for purposes of this action is unknown to the plaintiff.

TAKE NOTICE that by summons issued out of this court, you have been ordered to give notice within 7 days after this publication hereof to the clerk of court to defend the aforementioned action wherein the plaintiff prays an order in the following terms;

Payment of P43220 (forty three Thousand two Hundred and twenty pula.

And an order has been made that the publication of such summons shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the summons to you.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if you fail to respond hereto, judgement may be entered against you without further recourse to you.
