TO: LEBESANI SHADRACK, an adult female of full legal capacity residing in Botswana and whose

domicilium citandi et executandi is Morula Ward, Serowe, Plot 4024828.

TAKE NOTICE that by Application issued out of this Court, you have been called upon to give notice

within fourteen (14) days after publication hereof, to the Clerk of the Magistrate Court, Lobatse and to

MASWABI LAW the Applicant’s Attorneys of your intention to oppose (if any) in an application wherein

OLD MUTUAL SHORT-TERM INSURANCE (BOTSWANA) LIMITED claims the following orders:

a) Directing that the default judgement granted to the Respondent on the 3rd July 2025 be set aside,

and the Applicant be granted leave to defend the matter;

b) Directing that the Respondent return the Applicant’s P45, 060.00 that was paid on protest

c) Cost of Suit be awarded to the Applicant.

TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that if you fail to give notice, judgment may be granted against you without

further reference to you.
