The Defendant’s title rights and interest in a certain piece of land being Tribal Lot

Thousand Six Hundred and Eight Square Metres) held under Notarial Deed of

Cession Number FT MA 237/2011 dated 14th day of November 2011 made in

favour of Bolele Bernard Bolele specially executable. The developments therein are a

three bedroomed house consisting of three bedrooms, bath and toilet, sitting room,

kitchen, separate two rooms at the back, paved, electric fence and a screen wall.
