NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TRANSFER TRIBAL LAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of section 34 (1) (a - e) of the Tribal

Land Act of 2018, that I, the undersigned Sesupo Gabotlhomolwe hereby give

notice of my intention to give and transfer the following property to Muchap

Investments (Pty) Ltd in respect of:

CERTAIN: portion of a ploughing field, Portion B;

SITUATE: at Manyelanong Lands, Lensweletau, Kweneng District;

MEASURING: 74,464m2 (Seventy-Four Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty-

Four Square Metres);

HELD UNDER: a Certificate of Customary Land Grant referenced between

Gabotlhomolwe Sesupo and Lensweletau Sub-Landboard

passed on the 18th day of September, 2017;

MARKET PRICE: P170,000.00 (One Hundred and Seventy Thousand Pula) in

terms and conditions of the laws applicable.

By virtue of this notice, any citizen of Botswana interested in entering into a

similar offer in respect of the above property must give their submissions in

writing to Lensweletau Sub-Landboard within thirty (30) days of this publication.
